⚠️ Warning: Student & Teacher Auto-Removal Policy

If any school adds more students or teacher logins beyond their plan limit,
then any excess student or teacher data will be automatically removed after 24 hours
unless the required payment has been made.

In such cases, the school will be fully responsible for the data loss.
Our team will not offer recovery or restore support for any removed records.

📌 Student Limit & Upgrade Policy (Per Plan)

Here is the breakdown of how student and teacher limits work for each plan, and what happens when schools exceed those limits:

✅ 1. Basic Plan

Limit: 500 Students and 5 Teacher Logins
❌ No upgrades or additional students/teachers allowed.

✅ 2. Most Popular Plan

Included: 667 Students and 10 Teacher Logins
Can increase students by paying ₹10 per student
Must add in multiples of 50 only (e.g., 50, 100, 150)
Example: For 800 students → 667 base + 150 extra → ₹1500 extra required
Plan becomes flexible and scalable with controlled pricing

✅ 3. Advance Plan

Limit: 1000 Students and 15 Teacher Logins
If the school does not want to upgrade to a higher plan but wants to add students:
- Allowed at ₹12 per student, in multiples of 50

✅ 4. Enterprise Plan

Limit: 2000 Students and Unlimited Teacher Logins
Student upgrades allowed at ₹12 per student, in multiples of 50

✅ 5. Elite Plan

Limit: 3000 Students and Unlimited Teacher Logins

🚫 Important Rule: No Per-Student Additions

Individual student additions (e.g., 1, 2, 3 students) will not be accepted
All additional student payments must be in blocks like 50, 100, 150, etc.

Additionally, if your school refers this software to another school (such as a friend’s school or any school in your network) and they also subscribe, we will offer you an extra ₹10 discount per student on your ID Card printing.

📌 These benefits are available only if printing is done through us and referral is successful. It’s our way of thanking you for spreading the word and building a network of digital schools.

📜 Terms & Conditions for Discounts

To avail the special printing discounts under any plan, the following conditions must be met:

🧾 Minimum Billing Condition:
- School must commit to a minimum of 667 students at ₹15 per student (₹10,005).
- After 667 students, any additional students will be charged ₹10 per student.
- Only then can we offer the applicable discounts on ID Cards or Marksheets.
📍 Referral Distance Policy:
- If a school refers our software to another school, the referred school must be located within 25 km of the referring school.
- This ensures that we can comfortably provide printing and delivery services (ID Cards & Marksheets).
- ⚠️ Referrals beyond 25 km may not be eligible for discount benefits due to logistic limitations.
🧑‍🏫 Fair Use Policy:
- Discounts are offered only for genuine use cases and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
- We reserve the right to validate student data and referral authenticity.

🔁 1. Annual Renewal Policy

Our software is offered on an annual subscription basis. To continue uninterrupted access, all schools are required to renew their subscription every year in April.

The minimum yearly renewal amount is ₹10,000, regardless of how many students are enrolled.
If a school is uncertain about the total number of students in April, it can pay the base renewal amount and later settle the balance (based on actual student count) by the end of August or first week of September.
Schools will receive a 14-day grace period after the due date.
If payment is not completed by the deadline, software access will be temporarily suspended until dues are cleared.

💳 2. Important Payment Rule for All Plans

These payment policies apply to all subscription plans, including:

Basic Plan – ₹8,000
Most Popular Plan – ₹10,000
Advance Plan – ₹12,000
Enterprise Plan – ₹15,000
Elite Plan – ₹18,000

🛑 Late Payment Penalty:

If payment is not cleared by the first week of September, a 5% late fee will be charged on the total due.
If the student count is within the base plan limit, the 5% will be calculated on the plan amount only.
If the student count exceeds the base limit, the 5% will be applied to the entire total (plan amount + additional students).

📌 We request all schools to follow the payment timeline strictly to avoid service interruption and extra charges.

🧾 3. Important Note for ID Card & Marksheet Services (Most Popular ₹10,000 Plan)

Schools enrolled in the Most Popular Plan who wish to avail printing services for ID Cards and/or Marksheets are eligible for special discounts:

💸 Discount Policy:

₹5 per student discount if school gets its own ID Cards printed by us.
₹10 per student additional discount if the school refers another school to buy our software.
The same discount structure applies to Marksheet printing as well.

📌 Service Terms:

To avail the discount, school must provide complete student data and photos in the required format.
Full advance payment is required before printing begins, whether claiming ₹5 or ₹15 discount.
Printed materials (ID Cards/Marksheets) must be collected from our office.
